Like Mother, Like Son

It's finally spring! Lately we've gotten some warm, sunny days perfect for sprawling out in the pasture and taking a nap. Pictured is one of our Circle C broodmares, Shes A Smart Hick, with her first foal by Boon San, doing just that. 

Playing Catch Up

More than a month has passed since my last post. Since then, we've had good days and bad, ice storms, breathtaking sunsets, and, of course, more foals!

While trying to drive a mare to Royal Vista one morning, the rain was freezing on my windshield so fast that my defroster couldn't keep up!!!
